Estimated living costs
For two semesters (approximately nine months), students should budget €11,000-€22,000, excluding tuition fees. This estimate includes accommodation, general living expenses, books, and student visa costs (if applicable). Actual expenses will vary depending on individual lifestyle and spending habits.
• All applicants are required to pay a €35 application fee during the application process.

• All tuition fees are for a full academic year and include registration, student services, and information technology fees.

• The full tuition fees must be paid prior to registration, via Transfermate, our preferred partner.

• When tuition fees are not received prior to classes starting, a €200 late payment fee is applied to the total cost for that academic year.

• Paying installments – EU students and students who do not require a Stamp 2 Irish Residence Permit are eligible to pay in installments. A payment plan can be arranged once a student is admitted to the program.

• All QQI programs have a QQI fee.

• All QQI undergraduate and postgraduate programs are approved for Irish tax relief.

• Tax relief is granted to Irish resident taxpayers. Please see up-to-date information on the Irish Revenue website.
EU
There is a non-refundable administration fee of €200.00 in all cases. If an EU student has begun their classes, the following refund policy takes effect:
• If a student has paid fees for a semester, there is no refund once classes have begun for that semester.
• If a student has paid fees for the full academic year, they are entitled to a refund for their second semester tuition fees, providing they have not commenced any classes in that semester.

Non-EU
If a Non-EU student requires an entry visa, they must send their visa application documents to (degree@iamu.edu) before applying for the visa.
• If a student sends their documents to us and a visa is refused, a full refund will be issued, minus a €200 administration fee.
• However, if a visa application is refused and the necessary documents are not sent to us in advance, a full refund, minus a €500 deposit, will be issued.

The student must provide documentary evidence of the visa refusal. The college may also request confirmation from Irish Immigration that the visa has been refused.

The student must confirm in writing that they do not wish to proceed with an appeal and wish to terminate the application. We will then send the refund request form, once this is received, the refund will be processed within 20 working days, as required by the Irish Immigration authorities.

If a study visa has been approved and classes have commenced there is no refund of fees.
